Remodeling Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of remodeling projects from design to completion. Manage teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design and coordination with architects and clients
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
