What You'll Actually Do Own projects from contract to completion - You're the quarterback keeping everyone moving in the same directionLead and support our installation teams - motivate craftsmen and coordinate with trusted partnersBe the calm in the chaos - adjust schedules, troubleshoot issues, and keep quality high when the unexpected happensKeep customers informed and confident - clear communication turns anxiety into excitementCollaborate across departments - you're part of a bigger team working toward shared winsUphold safety and quality standards - because doing it right is non-negotiableContribute in daily and weekly team meetings - your voice matters here What We're Looking For You don't need years of construction experience. What you do need: Leadership experience - Have you managed shifts, led teams, or motivated people under pressure? That counts.Problem-solving instincts - You think on your feet and don't panic when plans changeStrong communication skills - You can talk to a homeowner, a craftsman, and a vendor all in the same morning ( Bilingual is a Plus )Organizational skills - You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ballDecision-making confidence - You're comfortable making the call and owning the outcomeValid driver's license and clean driving record Required Experience Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team lead3+ years in a trade or hands-on construction/remodeling role Prior Project management experience is a plus If you've thrived in fast-paced retail, hospitality, military leadership, or customer service industry and truly want to make a positive change this may be the career for you.
