About the Role

As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

The Recovery Sciences business is the leading global provider of high-quality clinical equipment for rehabilitation and pain management used by physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and chiropractors. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products to the market with a goal of reducing time to market while significantly improving launch success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage New Product Development Projects from feasibility phase to final product launch, in collaboration with the PMO Manager and the Recovery Sciences leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan to achieve Business case objectives; identify variations to plan, mitigate them and execute changes as needed.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered achieving the specification, timeline, and cost targets.
  • Lead & influence cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering).
  • Manage all project team meetings and all operational activities needed by the project.
  • Establish and execute a communication plan to keep all levels of the organization informed as necessary.
  • Develop in collaboration with other departments the entire project documentation (DHF), following Enovis procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering.
  • 5-7 years work experience in Project Management in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with medical device product development is a plus.
  • Experience on Software products development is a plus.

Qualifications

Motivation and interest to work in the highly regulated medical devices world.

Ability to influence individuals and groups to resolve conflicts and achieve objectives.

Risk based decision driven.

Process improvement mindset.

Pay and Schedule

Travel Requirement: As needed. Estimated 20% of time.

Location: Lewisville, Texas (Hybrid - 3 days onsite 2 days remote).
