Project Manager - Rail/Track

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, including proposal and procurement document development, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
• Proactively manage the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications.
• Deliver high-level technical tasks, including analysis, reports, design, specification, and plan production.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address and resolve design-related issues or concerns.
• Support the delivery of smaller projects and receive direct support from senior project managers.
• Work on local and national rail projects, including interlocking renewals, bridge replacements, new track construction, and station designs.
• Engage in client interactions and marketing/presentation development for strategic and mini-mega projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of task management or Deputy PM experience

Preferred

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
