About the role

Our team works on a variety of projects, including bridges, rail systems, and transportation improvements. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project scopes and quotations
- Prepare technical proposals and contracts
- Manage client relationships and project teams
- Perform technical tasks and lead project management
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Support business development and proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of task management or Deputy PM experience
Preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
What You'll Bring
- Experience delivering 4for4 projects (on-time, on-budget, quality, client satisfaction)
- Ability to identify and escalate risk and change management issues
- Understanding of the impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning
- Leadership experience for smaller projects or task orders
- Knowledge of MicroStation, InRail, OpenRail, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD
