Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of public and civic construction projects
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Cook closely with field personnel, owners, architects, and consultants
- Maintain project financials and maintain profitability goals
- Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project progress
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up construction and/or large-scale renovation projects
- Background delivering projects valued at $20M+
- Preferred Public sector, municipal, academic, or K-12 project experience
- Procore experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
