About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a provider communications workstream for a large-scale integration effort. This role is dedicated to managing the provider communications work plan, coordinating activities with key business partners, and overseeing milestones, risks, and dependencies. The position will help ensure that all provider-facing communications are reviewed, approved, and delivered in a timely manner to support a seamless transition and maintain stakeholder engagement.

Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Partial Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage project milestones, dependencies, and action items.
  • Track risks, decisions, and readiness criteria to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain an integrated communication roadmap aligned with major migration activities.
  • Identify all workstreams and ensure the proper sequencing of work.
  • Coordinate across multiple business units involved in the affiliation effort.
  • Work extensively with communications teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support operational transitions and future implementations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in project management with strong fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple business units and connect disparate workstreams.
  • Track record of moving initiatives forward and ensuring work is completed.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to partner closely with communications teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with provider-facing initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Prior provider communications experience is ideal.
