Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, storm, and other property damage.
- Perform on-site inspections and accurately document project conditions and scope of work.
- Cookordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration activities from project start through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication and project updates.
- Develop project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage field crews.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, field reports, photographs, and job records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Assist with estimating, scope reviews, and change orders when necessary.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to provide additional restoration services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property restoration, construction, mitigation, or related skilled trades.
- Previous project management experience in restoration or construction.
- Hands-on experience with water, fire, smoke, mold, or storm damage mitigation.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC certifications, including:
- Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS)
- OSHA Certification
- Lead Safe Renovator Certification
- Asbestos Inspector Certification
- NIMS Certification
- Experience with insurance claims and restoration documentation.
- Carpentry or reconstruction experience.
