Our team enjoys: A flexible hybrid work model (after an initial in-office period)Dedicated hours for volunteering and professional developmentA team culture that values collaboration, balance, and well-being What You’ll Do Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiencyCollaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutionsProduce and oversee construction documents while coordinating with sub-consultantsEnsure project success by managing budgets, schedules, and client expectationsMentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learningSupport business development efforts, helping expand our impact in the industry What You Bring Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited universityLicensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projectsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm)Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailingExcellent communication skills for client and team interactionsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual settingWillingness to travel to project sites across the country as neededLEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!Experience with community engagement is a bonus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plansOpportunities for advancement in leadership and specialized expertiseA workplace culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and professional fulfillment Join Us & Make an Impact!
