About the role

JGM is an international construction consulting firm providing architecture, program and project management, construction management, quality assurance, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance services to clients involved in major construction projects worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship
• Contract and amendments, budgets for both project and internal, schedule, staffing management
• Will work closely with the design team in Revit
• Update RFI's
• Strong Communication Skills Required, Both Verbal And Listening
• Proactive Construction Detailing
• Building and Planning Codes
• Revit a Plus

Requirements

• Bachelor's in architecture
• Arcitecture License
• 10+ years of experience
