Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of design excellence. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and construction administration requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of project design and project management experience
  • Comfortable managing 3-5 projects in various stages of design
  • Understanding of week-to-week staffing needs to meet deadlines and deliverables, looking ahead 2-4 weeks
  • Demonstrated strengths in developing elegant design solutions, both large-scale and detailed
  • Ability to forecast and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Coordination of internal and external project teams and consultants
  • Mentorship and engagement with junior staff members and emerging professionals
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Contract Documents and Construction Administration requirements
  • Microsoft Project and Excel proficiency
  • Revit and Rhino modeling proficiency (optional)
  • Architectural Registration completed or in progress of testing
  • CAPM / PMP Certification (optional)
  • Experience in Liturgical Design (optional)

Pay

$80K - $110K anticipated compensation package, with periodic bonuses/profit sharing opportunities.
