Project Manager | Project Architect

Requirements

• The ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Work primarily in-person at our Honolulu Home Office, with eligibility for our flexible hybrid work arrangements.
• 15+ years of experience working in all phases of architecture with an emphasis in either technical detailing, project delivery, or project management.
• A strong portfolio of experience in commercial, office, education, hospitality, and/or multi-family residential projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or similar.
• An Architecture license in the State of Hawai’i preferred.
• Experience using Revit and the ability to efficiently develop and produce project documentation and detailing to office standards and project requirements.
• Strong communication skills in various forms and settings.

Qualifications

• Provide project leadership and technical guidance to team members and consultants to work within budget, schedule, and established quality standards.
• Act as primary client, consultant, and public agency point of contact and thoroughly manage communication and documentation of decisions.
• Have a strong desire to lead and develop teams that are highly collaborative and who have a continuous learning mindset.
• Actively share your knowledge to strengthen our architectural practice.

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000+. Final salary and title will be commensurate with experience. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for senior-level leadership positions.
