You will lead small to mid-sized public and private projects. This is an opportunity to be accepted into a nationally active practice with a strong reputation across healthcare, civic, education, healthcare, retail, corporate, manufacturing, and community markets. Due to continued growth, we are hiring another Project Manager immediately. What You Will Do Serve as the primary client liaison Lead and mentor a small internal project team Own schedules, budgets, scope, and project delivery Manage multiple small to mid-sized commercial and civic projects Lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration Prepare and execute strategic project plans for successful delivery Coordinate architectural, technical, and administrative efforts Actively manage project budgets, schedules, and scope Maintain direct client relationships and lead client meetings Guide internal project teams and consultant coordination Support business development and client relationship growth Requirements 8+ years of professional architectural experience will be considered, 10–25+ preferred Experience managing small to mid-sized commercial Ability to lead client meetings and manage internal project teams Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program Licensed Architect in Minnesota Working knowledge of Revit Why This Job?
