Project Manager | Architect

Role Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical and complex healthcare projects.
• Work closely with firm leadership, clients, consultants, and project teams to help shape thoughtful, technically rigorous solutions.
• Exposure to national clients, project leadership responsibilities, and shaping the continued growth of the healthcare practice.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 5-10 years of professional experience in healthcare design and construction
• Strong experience coordinating consultants and leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare codes, guidelines, and regulatory agencies including FGI Guidelines, Multi-State Department of Public Health (DPH)/Department of Health (DOH) review processes, permitting and regulatory coordination
• Experience with all or most: ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, imaging, procedural, pharmacy, or other technically complex healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction technology, and healthcare operations
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio environment
