Project Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P)

The Project Manager, P2P oversees the entire life cycle of straightforward to moderately complex projects, ensuring planned results are achieved within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Implement formal processes and tools for effective resource, budget, risk, and change management.
- Identify project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, registers, and timelines.
- Plan and control project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource optimization.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to support project needs and services.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
- Facilitate project meetings to ensure team alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze project outcomes, apply lessons learned to future projects, and contribute to the refinement of project management best practices.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Understand and apply Comcast's Operating Principles as guidelines for how you do your job.
- Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options at every touchpoint.
- Be an enthusiastic learner and advocate of Comcast's game-changing technology, products, and services.
- Collaborate and be open to new ideas to achieve big results as a team.
- Participate actively in the Net Promoter System to gather and act on employee and customer feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or a combination of relevant coursework and professional experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
