Project Manager-Process Improvement-Sr

Job Objective

Responsible for setting the pace and implementing business transformational and continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, mission and values, culture, people and processes. Leads small to medium teams in the use of Lean methodologies, tools and other techniques to optimize processes, eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium teams in the implementation of Lean methodologies, tools and other techniques to optimize processes, eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce costs.
• Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate training and development programs for team members on Lean principles and tools.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor progress against set goals and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar roles.
• Experience leading teams in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful process improvements and cost reductions.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
