About the role

You will be part of a team that manages the implementation of office fit-outs in premium administrative buildings—from the initial brief to handing over the completed space to the client. You will engage in the entire project process, taking on responsibilities based on your experience, and gradually assume ownership of smaller projects or key parts of larger ones.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project briefs, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Organize and manage tender processes and communicate with suppliers.
  • Coordinate project execution, monitor costs, quality, and deadlines.
  • Oversee the final handover of the space to the client.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate collaboration among architects, designers, contractors, and other project partners.
  • Serve as the project coordinator, client partner, and liaison between all stakeholders involved in creating the final space.

Why this role might appeal to you

  • See tangible results of your work from the initial brief to project completion.
  • Expand your experience in project, time, and financial management.
  • Gain a comprehensive overview of office interior preparation and implementation.
  • Influence the project’s progress and final outcome.
  • Work with attractive clients and interesting office spaces.
  • Gradually take on more responsibility and pave the way to leading your own projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least one year of practical experience in managing or coordinating office fit-outs or similar construction projects.
  • Familiarity with project phases and experience with project documentation, supplier coordination, budget preparation, or construction supervision.
  • Enthusiasm for construction and space creation, with a desire to be closer to project execution, clients, and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse professionals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with design or project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak (native-level proficiency).
  • English at a B2 level or higher for communication with international clients.

We are not looking for a senior Project Manager but expect you to have completed your first relevant projects, understand the execution environment, and want to grow in project management.

Benefits

  • Meaningful work on visible, high-quality office interior projects.
  • Gradual assumption of responsibility for your own projects.
  • Mentoring and support from experienced project managers.
  • Collaboration with interesting clients and qualified professionals in commercial real estate.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Competitive financial compensation and employee benefits.
  • Flexible working hours and partial remote work options.
  • Modern offices in the iconic Masaryčka building in central Prague.
  • Support from a stable international company with a friendly, open, and professional culture.
