Project Manager - Power Conversion and Storage

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects valued between $10M and $200M
• Aid in managing customer relationships and resolving issues proactively
• Contribute to contract management, including reporting and tracking receivables
• Track key project metrics for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash flow
• Cross-functionally coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and field services
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk registers and status reports
• Participate in meetings to enhance communication and stakeholder management skills
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement in project activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management, engineering, or related professional experience
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Pay

$100,000 – $166,700 annually
