About the role

The ideal candidate will manage a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.
  • Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction.
  • Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture.
  • Lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages.
  • Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and projects.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Oklahoma registration as a Professional Landscape Architect.
  • At least 5 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape Architect.
  • Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs.
  • Proficiency with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated.
  • Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus.
  • Excellent design skills.

Pay

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position may require occasional travel.
