Project Manager (Pharma, Biotech, Laboratory, R&D)

This key role requires a professional with high levels of integrity, leadership, communication skills, and the proven ability to deliver complex and challenging design projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Hixson’s specialized and multi-disciplinary design teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Build rapport with clients and key project stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to establish expectations, identify needs and goals
- Deliver successful design solutions through Hixson’s integrated architecture and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- PE, RA, PMP a plus
- 5+ years of experience working on facility design projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and/or R&D market
- Solid knowledge of contracts (design and construction), schedules, cost estimating and the design process
- Proven success in developing client relationships to understand their business and advocate their needs
