Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Tracking
    • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and business stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones using tools like Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, SmartSheet, or Asana.
    • Monitor daily project tasks and ensure project team members are meeting their respective deadlines.
  • Governance, Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain the RAID Log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and escalate critical issues to the Senior PM as necessary.
    • Organize, schedule, and facilitate project team meetings; draft and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Commercial Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Act as a central liaison between Commercial business units (Marketing, Sales, Market Access) and technical build teams.
    • Cook up deliverables with external SaaS vendors, digital agencies, and software development teams.
    • Afford assistance in managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by coordinating business testers and compiling feedback.
  • Cross-functional Team Coordination
    • Coordinate with the Global Team to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or IT support ideally within the healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Pharma Commercial Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with tools like MDM, Veeva CRM/Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or data platforms like Veeva PromoMats is a huge plus.
  • Methodologies: Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a corporate landscape.
  • Certifications (Optional but a plus): CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or Prince2 Foundation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
