Duties
- Secure 2.0 functions: manage the analysis of the Oracle patch release.
- Obtain business requirements for Secure 2.0 from clients.
- Develop a project plan and schedule for the Oracle patch release and the delivery of Secure 2.0 requirements.
- Oversee the retrofit of existing customizations as needed.
- Oversee the configuration changes as needed.
- Manage delivery of the testing, development, and scheduling.
- Manage delivery of the User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage delivery of training.
- Manage the rollout of the Secure 2.0 functionality.
- Provide updates and documentation on tasks to the project lead.
Fluid User Interface Deployment
- Oversee the development of a list of fluid pages.
- Prioritize fluid pages with ESA.
- Develop a project plan and schedule for the deployment of Fluid pages.
- Manage the development of estimates for the de-customization of custom pages.
- Oversee the retrofit of existing customizations as needed.
- Oversee the configuration changes as needed.
- Oversee the security changes as needed.
- Manage the development of the training plan and schedule.
- Manage the development of the rollout strategy.
- Manage the testing, development, and scheduling.
- Manage the user acceptance testing.
- Manage the rollout and go-live support.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
- Familiarity or experience working in organizations with a Project Management Office (PMO).
Experience Required
- Minimum five (5) years or more of IT project management experience.
- Prior PM experience with PeopleSoft projects.
Education Required
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field of study.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
