About the role
The successful candidate will lead payment projects within US Operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments for dental services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of payment processes.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to payment processing.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a financial or healthcare setting.
- Experience with payment systems and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience with healthcare-specific software and systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
