About the role

The successful candidate will lead payment projects within US Operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments for dental services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of payment processes.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to payment processing.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a financial or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with payment systems and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience with healthcare-specific software and systems.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
