• Strong product mindset with experience creating intuitive and high-quality user experiences
• Able to adapt leadership style based on team needs and organizational context
• Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, retain, and grow engineering talent

• Experience building systems requiring high levels of reliability, scalability, security, and availability

Benefits

• Competitive base salary range of approximately $212,000-$265,000 USD depending on experience, skills, location, and market factors
