Project Manager - Order Management System (OMS)

Location: Remote Duration: 6 months with potential extensions. Job Description Project Manager - Order Management System (OMS) Responsibilities Project Oversight: Lead the role out of OMS to the additional sites (11) in 2024. This includes managing additional iterative development phases and multiple deployments. Team Coordination: Manage a cross-functional team of developers (onshore and off-shore), support team(s) and multiple business stakeholders. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define additional system requirements and specifications, prioritized requirements and develop implementation plans. Timeline & Budget: Ensure project is completed within set timelines and allocated budget. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and ensure the system meets quality standards. Communicate to all levels of organization on project status, risks, mitigation plans and project blockers. Requirements Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing similar ERP development projects. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with OMS and relevant technologies leveraged by an OMS application. WMS / Supply Chain experience. Leadership: Be a driver for completing project tasks and deliverables. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge on Koerber OMS, WMS, Labor Management and Yard Management applications Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications. Industry Experience: Experience in the Order Management / Warehouse Management space or similar domains. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of MSWord, Visio, MSExcel, JIRA, Sharepoint and ServiceNow tools or applications
