Required Skills
- 12+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing Order Management System (OMS) projects.
- Retail and eCommerce domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience leading OMS implementations, upgrades, and production releases.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Cook up project coordination with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Experience managing OMS integrations with eCommerce platforms, WMS, ERP, Payment Gateways, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics systems.
- Strong understanding of the order lifecycle, including order capture, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and project governance.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
