Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
- Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency
- Cook up execution across multiple manufacturing locations
- Develop standardized implementation plans
- Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
- Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
- Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
- Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
- Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
- Leverage Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in automation deployment
- Experience in production system optimization
