Project Manager, Operations Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
• Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency
• Cook up execution across multiple manufacturing locations
• Develop standardized implementation plans
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
• Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
• Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
• Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
• Leverage Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in automation deployment
• Experience in production system optimization
