Project Manager (On-Site)

About the role

Position Purpose Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from concept through successful implementation. This role is responsible for assessing organizational needs, developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Mercy Care's mission and operational goals. The Project Manager will work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation, improve organizational effectiveness, and support exceptional care for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and performance indicators while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and operational leaders to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate project governance activities, meetings, documentation, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and barriers to successful implementation.
• Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Utilize project management tools and reporting systems to track milestones, document decisions, and maintain project records.
• Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
