Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and proactively mitigating delays.
- Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for value engineering.
- Cookordination and communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret contract documents, ensuring compliance with project scope, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain progress and efficiency.
Team & Resource Management
- Aid and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews.
- Ensure optimal allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to meet project demands.
- Work closely with estimating teams to develop competitive bids and project proposals.
Safety & Quality Assurance
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sites.
- Implement and uphold quality control standards, ensuring all work meets company and regulatory specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, addressing issues before they impact progress.
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Track and report project financials, including cost projections, change orders, and progress payments.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
