Project Manager (NYC)

Our CPG client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team through the end of year in a hybrid work (3-4 days) capacity, 35-40 hrs / week. The Project Manager will manage design project lifecycles across multiple concurrent work streams, partnering with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies.ResponsibilitiesOversee design projects end to end and identify process improvements, partnering closely with design managers.Build and manage project plans and track scope, milestones, and deliverables Manage timelines, feedback cycles, and launch waves to meet in-market deadlines, aligning with global project managers.Act as main contact across partners and external production teams, running status meetings and holding teams accountable.Liaise across global divisions, managing the creatie between global teamsRequirements5+ years experience, preferably with CPG experience Must be able to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management.Experience building PM tools and templates.Familiarity with Google Workspace (and Gemini).MacBook and software provided.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
