Project Manager - New Product Introduction

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and launching physical products within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. The role offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture with global career opportunities. Candidates will report to leadership and have the opportunity to influence major projects. Responsibilities

• Present findings and reports to leadership and executives.

• Push projects forward and deliver results rather than simply reporting status.

Skills

• Experience in product development and manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.

• Formal project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in the data center cooling industry.
• ERP/PLM experience.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle, engineering deliverables, and manufacturing processes.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
