Project Product Introduction Manager

All about you

• Electrical engineering degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience or understanding of project execution in technical or industrial environments
• Experience in supporting transit authorities or rail transit agencies (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) principles
• Experience in influencing the reliability growth (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with data analytics and incident management processes
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Team management experience, including leading diverse teams
• Field experience in commissioning, warranty, or product introduction activities
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on resilience and adaptability
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and practices
• Ability to identify and manage obsolescence risks effectively

Pay

$130,000 - $145,000 USD
