Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Lead subcontractor procurement and buyout activities.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams, ownership groups, and design professionals.
- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
- Experience on multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills.
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project is a plus.
