Project Manager - Multifamily/Commercial Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Lead subcontractor procurement and buyout activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams, ownership groups, and design professionals.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience on multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project is a plus.
