About the Role

A well-established construction firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
• Oversee subcontractors and field operations
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers
• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control
• Lead project meetings and maintain project reporting
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Skills
