Project Manager - Middletown, NY

We are hiring a Full-Time Project Manager for our rapidly expanding Electrical Supplies business at our Middletown, NY branch.

About the role

As a Project Manager in the electrical industry for Green Mountain Electric Supply, you will develop lasting relationships with contractors, other purchasers of electrical products, and the internal sales team. You will contribute to both branch responsibilities and company-wide initiatives, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders in the POS system and job tracking portal
• Provide sales and customer service support to assigned accounts
• Communicate project information with team members and customers
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to expedite transactions and identify margin opportunities
• Monitor production and delivery schedules, and expedite estimated dates of delivery to customers

Requirements

• Experience in the electrical industry (required)
• Previous experience in project management or related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Strong teamwork skills

Pay

$62,500 - $70,000 based on experience

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with up to an hour lunch break
