Project Manager - Binghamton, NY

About the role

We are hiring a Full-Time Project Manager for our rapidly expanding Electrical Supplies business at our Binghamton, NY branch. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career or seeking real growth potential in the electrical industry. You will develop lasting relationships with contractors, purchasers of electrical products, and the internal sales team while contributing to branch and company-wide initiatives.

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with up to an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders in the POS system and job tracking portal.
• Provide sales and customer service support to assigned accounts.
• Communicate project information with team members and customers.
• Focus on vendor relationships to expedite communication and identify margin opportunities.
• Monitor production, delivery schedules, and expedite estimated dates of delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in the electrical industry is required.
• Previous experience in project management or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Pay

$62,500 - $70,000 based on experience.
