Key Responsibilities
- Source and coordinate governmental, foundations and industry-sponsored funding aligned with divisional priorities for education and mentoring.
- Lead grant applications from planning through submission, then drive post-award delivery (scope, milestones, deliverables, compliance, and reporting).
- Independently lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects spanning clinical operations, research, education, and faculty initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and progress reports.
- Identify risks and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Partner with the Division Director and Division Administrator to advance strategic goals and operational priorities.
- Analyze data and develop metrics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Prepare high-level reports and briefing materials.
- Support planning and execution of divisional retreats, symposia, and strategic events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, health sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 or more years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, research administration, or healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated experience in grant-funding and grant regulation.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
