About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Marketing Operations professional to support print production, fulfillment, inventory management, vendor relationships, and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage print and fulfillment vendor relationships, including deadlines, service levels, pricing, deliverables, and regular vendor meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, review reports and dashboards, and provide proactive recommendations to marketing teams.
- Manage print and fulfillment projects, budgets, purchase orders, and multiple priorities across brands and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, workflows, and processes to improve print, fulfillment, inventory, and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, marketing operations, resource management, print production, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree not required; equivalent relevant experience or an associate degree may be considered.
- Vendor management, print production/fulfillment, inventory management, project management, marketing operations, data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Digital Asset Management is preferred but not required.

Pay
$65 to $70/hr (based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education).
