Project Manager Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives by developing and managing project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Cross-coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Digital, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Manage project schedules and master calendars, tracking progress against key milestones and proactively identifying risks or roadblocks.
  • Facilitate the development and delivery of omni-channel creative assets, content, and copy across digital and customer-facing channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to support project execution and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Establish and maintain project management processes that drive efficiency, organization, and accountability.
  • Evaluate changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements and communicate impacts to stakeholders while maintaining project momentum.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure all deliverables meet established standards and project objectives.
  • Prepare status reports, project updates, presentations, and documentation for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support digital initiatives and operational needs that impact creative workflows and asset development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects within a retail, consumer products, or marketing-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative development processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working with project management tools and software platforms.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:
