Project Manager, Marketing Delivery

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Delivery
• Support campaign execution across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PR
• Gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launches
• Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials
• Project Management & Operational Coordination
• Manage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forward
• Auxiliary in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflows
• Track campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leads
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plans
• Schedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency and/or financial services experience
