Project Manager (Maritime & Coastal)

Responsibilities

• Build strong professional networks, engage confidently with clients, regulators, and the public, and deliver high-quality technical work that drives projects forward.
• Lead coastal environmental efforts ranging from wetland restoration and living shorelines to sea level rise adaptation, sediment management, and regional planning.
• Guide a coastal team through a diverse portfolio of private and governmental projects.
• Expand markets through strategic client and partner relationships.
• Leverage Salesforce to support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Coastal Engineering, Coastal Resiliency, Coastal Processes, Oceanography or related field.
• 10-15 years of maritime and coastal experience including that in a consulting environment.
• Project management experience.
• Business development experience preferred.
• Able and willing to travel as needed.

• Holiday Pay - Holiday pay is provided for eligible employees. GHD observes 9 holidays per year. Holiday pay will be based on the regular set schedule for the employee.

Pay

Salary range: $96,000-$188,000 based on experience & location
