About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in luxury custom home construction to oversee high-value residential projects (ranging from $10M and up) in South Florida.
Client Details
Our client is an established General Contractor with an impeccable reputation for delivering luxury home projects from $5M to $50M in Broward and Palm Beach County (ground-up and renovation).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources, tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of high-end clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle and incorporating client objectives and preferences into project execution.
- Lead and coordinate a diverse team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive collaboration and project delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and maintaining financial control while delivering value to clients.
- Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all construction meets luxury standards and adheres to local codes and regulations.
- Identify potential risks throughout the project timeline and develop strategies to mitigate them to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Continuously track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Address any issues that arise during construction swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the luxury residential construction sector, with a focus on projects over $10M.
- Proven experience building luxury residential projects in Palm Beach County.
- Strong understanding of luxury home construction processes, materials, and design considerations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, etc.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
