About the role
Work directly with leadership to scale the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead light commercial and retail builds from the ground up
- Work with leadership to win work, scale the business, and expand into new sectors
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety measures are upheld
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $3M-$5M+ within a strong local pipeline
Requirements
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
- Familiar with design/build construction processes
- Construction related degree preferred
- Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
- Experience using construction software - Procore preferred
- Scheduling and budgeting experience
