Construction Project Manager - Light-Industrial

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed-bag of Commercial projects, mostly from the ground-up
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
• Support preconstruction through closeout phases
• Report to the office in Montgomery daily

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Track record of delivering ground-up builds
• Experience with tilt-wall industrial projects is a major advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities
• Desire to find a career, not a one-off job
