About the role
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction. The position involves leading $60M+ ground up Industrial Warehouse Projects and $1B Dollar Ground up Commercial General Contractor projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction projects
- Managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Overseeing the construction process from design to completion
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management
- 3+ years as a lead project manager
- Experience with ground up light industrial tilt-wall projects
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
