Construction Manager - Industrial Projects
About the role
Responsible for overseeing industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills
- Project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
