Project Manager, Layout Engineering (Eastern)

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project charters and data collection plans
• Ensure successful planning and execution of projects according to objectives
• Create KPIs focusing on scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Facilitate issue resolution throughout the deployment process
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency
• Lead cross-functional meetings to track project progress
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project status and impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial/robotic automation installation projects
• Ability to implement creative solutions within budget and timeframe
• Skills to identify problems and analyze data effectively
• Experience in leading change initiatives with minimal disruption
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen certification
• Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, and SAP

Pay

$101,000 – $138,600 annually
