Project Manager(Spatial/Interior Design)

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the project lifecycle from initial Salesforce intake through final delivery to optimize resource allocation and ensure on-time execution of complex visualization initiatives.
• Facilitate daily communication and cross-functional alignment between sales, client success, and internal design teams to clarify project scopes and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Leverage Smartsheet workflow tracking to maintain comprehensive visibility into design pipelines, proactively mitigating operational bottlenecks.
• Interpret fundamental floor plans and 3D architectural briefs to accurately prioritize visualization design requests and elevate project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project management experience within a corporate or creative environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet platforms to drive enterprise workflow management.
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility creative pipelines and translating basic floor plans or spatial requirements for design teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field, paired with exceptional collaborative problem-solving abilities.
