Project Manager, Layout Engineering (Central)

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project charters and proof-of-concepts
• Ensure successful planning, execution, and post-implementation for each project
• Create KPIs focused on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, service, and quality
• Resolve issues and risks that arise during deployment
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Lead cross-functional meetings to track project progress and address challenges
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project impact and status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience
• 5+ years in industrial/robotic automation installation projects
• Proven ability to creatively deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and risks while establishing clear data-driven conclusions
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Experience with business intelligence tools for insightful metrics
• Process-oriented with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

Pay

$101,000 – $138,600 annually
