Project Manager - Land Development (PE)

About the role

Civil Science is hiring a Land Development Project Manager to support our growing land development team in Utah (Salt Lake City or Lehi Office). This role combines design, project management, and client leadership, giving you the opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and help grow our presence in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance
• Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-10+ years of land development experience
• PE license required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass both a criminal background check and driving record review
